Complaints

Please contact us at the phone number 08432/94890 or using e-mail . Then we can determine whether a return is necessary or if we can send you a spare part.

To ensure a quick handlich of your compaint we need the following documents:

  • A return note or a copy of the invoice including a detailed fault description.
  • Express your desired procedure (replacement or repair).

Please notice, that the handling time will be longer, if the documents are incomplete, because we have to consult you firstly.
The handling time for returns is approx. 7 days.
If we need to return your goods to the supplier, the handling time could be longer.

Pick-Up-Service for returns

  • Apply for a Pick-Up Service for your returns by filling out our standard form. Please note your mail address and the invoice number (2010-3…). Please let us know your telephone number in case of any questions. Please notice, that a Pick-Up-Service without telephone number is not possible!
  • Use the original packing and a suitable outer packing for the return.
  • GLS will pick up your goods 1-2 working days after application.
  • Pick-Up-Service is just possible within Germany.

Return from foreign countries

  • Please do not send us unstamped parcels.
  • Use the original packing and a suitable outer packing for the return.
  • Send us the package with sufficient postage.
  • Please send us the amount of your stamp fees and your bank account via e-mail, fax or letter. We will refund the cost of returning to your bank account.
